Report on Re-Organising For Mission

The report was produced by the minister, Reverend Robert Lewis, together with the Leadership and Five Practices Teams.  It is presented for discussion by the Church Council on 11th March 2010.  The report covers the following subjects:-

The report summarises how the church arrived at this position;

outlines the purpose of the church's mission;

outlines the process and practice of disciple making;

proposes a plan of action;

suggests a schedule for the ministry team and Church Council meetings;

and proposes the role for the Church Council, Leadership Team, and the five ministries (based on the five practices).

The report also schedules the next steps.
