Witness and Evangelism

As christians we are called to witness and evangelise through working out our faith in daily life and sharing Jesus Christ with others.

Good Friday Cross Walk. To enable us to witness a pilgrimage was again being organised from Bents Green Methodist Church via Banner Cross to Endcliffe Methodist Church on Good Friday, 2 April 2010.The cross was carried between the churches and services were held at the three churches.

We celebrate Whitsuntide by joining Castleton Methodist Church for their Whitsuntide Sunday activities.

Sheffield Pilgrimage Against Poverty - A Walk Of Witness. Banner Cross was represented on the walk around Sheffield on Saturday, 17 October 2009 by Robert Lewis, Sean Ashton, Roger Dunn and Jaqui Dunn.
